HDB Kitchen Designs That Will Rock Your Cooking World

This 4-room HDB apartment is an excellent example of how subtle mix and match can be. What is interesting about the interior is that the designer opts for more modern flooring materials in the dining room, such as tiles, but still sticks to parquet in the bedroom and other rooms.

A separate wall of tiles with flower motives in the kitchen is what breathes life and style into the interior. The kitchen features a laundry corner, but the washing machine is “hidden” in a subtle way.

In the dining area, we see use of quality timber. The dining table itself is a perfect example of mixing traditional outlooks with modern outlooks.

Once you leave the kitchen and dining area, and get to the bedroom and other rooms, you see more modern tricks, like the constant use of mirrors. In the bedroom, one interesting trick that gives style and character is to mimic the bedding sheets and the design with the rollovers of the window. It is a nice trick and it works exceptionally well.

The master wardrobe and the study/work room are combined into one. Thanks to mirrors on the doors, the room can survive in such small space and still be comfortable and cozy.
